Francis Charles Darwin ("Frank") who was born 20 May 1880 in Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois, his father was Joseph B. Darwin who was an American while Joseph's wife, Emily, was French Canadian and the family moved from Illinois to the west coast reaching Los Angeles, California, before 1900, where Joseph was in the carpentry trade.

The original attribution we have for this photo is of Margart Richmond, wife of George Cowan Darwin,Jr.; but is this correct? Any further info greatly appreciated!
