The Fifth Federal Census of 1830 states the name of the head of household only, with columns for ennumerating members of the household by sex, age, and race; it uses additional age categories (by decades) to those used for the 1820 Census:

In addition to Isaac himself, the household only shows two females aged 30-39 (Pamela Darwin would have been 27 at the time, so may not even be resident in this household), and no children. Whatever the composition of this household, it does not match the reported family of Isaac and Pamela (Darwin) Summerford.
